 Alan Fox Workshop. Alan Fox is a 2 time World Champion Irish Dancer & dances with Riverdance as well as Emerald Beat at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, VA. Alan will be working with ROI students to help provide the best Irish dance instruction possible.

Workshops are as follows

 Sunday August 24, 2008

 
Beginner & Adv. Beg. - 1pm - 2:30pm - 1& 1/2 hrs.

Novice - 2:45pm - 4:45pm - 2hrs.

Prizewinner - Champs 4:45pm - 6:45pm - 2 hrs.
 

 

Laurie Wittenberg - Registered dietitian & adult Irish dancer.
 
HEALTHY EATING WORKSHOP

On Sunday Aug. 10th, Registered Dietitian, Laurie Wittenberg, also an adult Irish dancer will be speaking from 4 - 5pm on the following: 
 
  • Healthy weigh management to feel your best
  • Sports nutrition to maximize your dancing
  • What to eat to promote optimal energy levels
  • Nutritional tips for busy lifestyles. 
  • Parents, grandparents or other relatives involved with the student should also be in attendance.
